Platinum grade wagyu, marbling score 9/9, sliced thinly. Extremely marbled so cooks quickly on volcanic rock with a lot of sizzle & spit. Best not be on a diet. Comes with rice.





Teppanyaki steak wagyu - AUD 35.90
'Kobe style' wagyu rump cut into cubes, veges, dipping sauce & rice. We suggest waiting until medium as the heat dissolves the marbling and makes it more succulent.
